Image Chan Qi Fa is a comprehensive program based ancient Qi-Gong Tai-Chi Kung-Fu and modern physiology to help practitioners obtain and maintain powerful spirit, strong body and peaceful mind.
Chan Qi Fa combines techniques from numerous martial arts forms (Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung Fu, BaguĂ , Aikido, and more). We specialize in Internal Strength and the Animal Style Kung Fu (dragon, tiger, leopard, snake, crane, eagle, monkey, mantis).
Self-defense skills and meditative techniques are incorporated into our programs. Weapons training is also offered at higher levels for students who are more ambitious.
Not limited to any age group: Chan Qi Fa has three separately complete practice programs that will promote good health (mental and physical) for people of all ages (children, young adults/adults and older adults/seniors).
